Golem Animation Core.Thaumcraft 3 Golems are crafted humanoid creations from Thaumcraft 3 that can do various jobs. Currently you must discover Golemancy in your Research Table before you can craft Wood Golems, and every other golem type must have their respective theory researched. They are Thaumcraft's method of automating certain tedious tasks.
Research is the discovery of new recipes and other knowledge, and is required to accomplish much of worth with Thaumcraft 3. To perform research, you will need a Research Table, which is created by placing two tables next to each other and right clicking them with Scribing Tools (first image).For the Aspect list and the items that have those aspects, see List of Aspects or List of Aspects (Thaumcraft 3). Right-click the research table to open it, and put some of your paper in the slot provided. Note that breaking a research table will reduce it to its components (2 tables, scribing tools, and paper.) Keep the other Scribing Tools and the rest of the paper in your inventory, so that when inspiration strikes as you're scanning stuff, you can write a quick research note to solve once you get back.
